A practicing attorney since 1983, Randy has been closing real estate transactions since 1986. He is a member of the Lafayette and Louisiana Bar Associations as well as the Louisiana and American Land Title Associations. He is a licensed title insurance agent with Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company and has been President of Prime Title since its inception in 1996. He is a “Designated Attorney” for purposes of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 program. He currently is the President of Acadiana Title Attorneys, Inc., a board member of the Acadiana Mortgage Lender’s Association, a member of the Commissioner of Insurance’s Title Attorneys Task Force, and is a Lifetime Member of the Honor Society of the Realtors Association of Acadian.
Prior to attending law school, Shawn was a land title abstactor in the oil and gas industry. An attorney since 1988, Shawn has primarily practiced real estate law since 1997. He is also a certified mediator. He is a member of the Lafayette and Louisiana Bar Associations, the Louisiana and American Land Title Association, and is a licensed title insurance agent with Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

Gerald joined Shawn and Randy at Olson & O’Neill in January 2005. After receiving his B.A. degree from the University Louisiana in 1982, he spent 7 years working in the banking industry. He then attended Law School and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in September of 1992. Gerald spent his first 7 years of practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. In 1999 Gerald changed his practice to the area of real estate law, where he has been able to combine his banking background and litigation skills to accommodate clients in real estate transactions. He has enjoyed the change in his practice immensely. He is a member of the Lafayette and Louisiana Bar Associations as well as the Louisiana and Acadiana Land Title Associations. He is a licensed title insurance agent with Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
